The gnome engram is an item used in the Memorial to Guthix Distraction and Diversion. It can be found on the floor in the dead-end at the south centre of the gnome maze. The location is best accessed by using a fairy ring CIQ or the Yanille lodestone and running there. Argento's Kindness is the benefit of this engram, when active divine eggs may appear instead of bird's nests while woodcutting, granting Divination experience, divine energy, and divine energy products.
It can be right-clicked to teleport the player to Memorial to Guthix.
