Gnome goggles are a possible item reward of the Gnome Restaurant minigame. Along with the Gnome Scarf, you can only receive these from Captain Daerkin and Captain Ninto, who are possible customers for the harder deliveries. Although they have no stat bonuses, owning them allows players to display their wealth, hence the high price. However, their price has drastically dropped since the introduction of the Grand Exchange.Their price has since raised due to a number of buy-outs, causing goggles to rise up to 500% in one time.

It is possible to combine the Gnome Goggles with a Bomber cap, obtained as a reward from the Enlightened Journey quest. The result of this is the Cap and Goggles. You can join these items by talking to Auguste at the balloon on Entrana.

The appearance of the goggles was changed in conjunction with the appearance change of the gnome scarf.

Formerly, wearing the goggles made the player bald. This glitch has since been fixed.
