The goblin cower shield is a unique shield that can be received as a drop from one of the goblin bosses in Goblin Village. If a player has completed The Chosen Commander, they can talk to General Wartface or General Bentnoze to receive the shield. It requires 5 Defence to equip. It can be converted to 1,000 bonus experience for Constitution, Attack, or Defence. This is a once-off reward; any subsequent shields obtained will not grant the bonus experience. Obtaining the shield after the quest is a requirement of the master quest cape.
