Gold Bandosian token was removed from RuneScape after an update, but still exists in-game for those who had obtained it.

The gold Bandosian token is the third tier of Bandosian token. It is a pocket slot equippable item obtained from the Bandosian recruiter when joining the Bandos forces in the Bird and the Beast world event. The token upgrades from a Silver Bandosian token after collecting 90,000 Renown.

To upgrade it you must right-click your Silver Bandosian Token and click, Check Contribution.
