Gold cannon barrels are the barrels for a gold dwarf multicannon. The only way to obtain these is to unlock access from Elof in the Artisan's Workshop with 50% Respect. Once unlocked, speak with Elof with all four cannon pieces in your inventory to have it exchanged for a gold dwarf multicannon. The gold cannon has a cannonball capacity of 60, compared to the regular cannon's capacity of 30.
