The Blessed golden bowl with water is a quest item used during the Legends' Quest. It is made by first smithing a gold bowl from 2 gold bars, granting 30 smithing exp, having Gujuo bless it, and then using it on a water source. The bowl is useless in this form, as it needs to be emptied and used with the hollow reed and the pure water to make the Golden bowl, which is used to make holy water.
