Gourmets are cave goblins you can sell food to. After obtaining permission from a random Dorgeshuun Council member, players may sell food (not drinks) to a gourmet. You can only sell food to a gourmet once, then you must sell to a different gourmet. Make sure you sell food for the right price; too high, and they will not accept; too low, and they will think the food can't be very good, and refuse. If they accept, they ask for 4 or 5 pieces, so it is best to bring that many with you. They may give you some mushrooms, fillets, roast frog, eel sushi or grubs à la mode as thanks. Watch out though, because the price at which you end up selling to them can be as low as less than half the original price of the item.

Players can start a crazy for different type of foods, This will increase the price you can charge per item. Players can work out roughly the amount they can get from selling the food to the Gourmets, This is the foods High Alch price + 25%.

You can also use an item on Lurgon, He will tell you the amount you can achieve by selling the item. This is middle to top end price. Although you can charge more.

Selling foods for lesser price increases the amount the gourmet buys, The Gourments will tire of items you supply, Switching foods will stop this.
