Grail Maidens are women who serve the Holy Grail. They can only be found in Grail Castle in the Fisher Realm.

They play a minor part in the Holy Grail quest, where they let the player inside the Fisher King's castle when the bell is rung.  

Trivia

• There are several Grail Maidens in the Grail Castle because the quest was developed in RuneScape Classic, where only one player could talk to an NPC at a time.
