Green goblin mail is made by using green dye on goblin mail or can be dropped by a goblin that wears a green mail. Like all goblin mail, it is too small for players to normally wear as armour.
However, during the Land of the Goblins quest the player can turn into a goblin using a transmogrification potion to access the tribal areas of the Goblin Cave. During this part of the quest the player can wear green goblin mail, although it serves no purpose in the quest.
Green goblin mail cannot be traded, but the Wise Old Man will offer to buy it for 60 coins. However, the dye and the goblin mail are tradeable.
