Grimy kwuarms may be grown from a kwuarm seed with a farming level of 56, obtained from the Sorceress's Garden minigame, or dropped by certain NPCs. Clean kwuarms are used to make super strength potion and weapon poisons with a Herblore level of 55 and a Herblore level of 60 respectively.
