Grum's Gold Exchange is a jewellery shop that sells jewellery up to diamond. It is located in Port Sarim. It is run by Grum. It is the only jewellery shop in RuneScape.
The shop also plays a small part in the Merlin's Crystal quest. Players have to open the door of the shop, to trigger a point in the quest.
Grum's Gold Exchange does not stock items. Any items in stock were sold to the store by the player.

- This shop used to buy jewellery at a price 16.6% higher than that of the High Level Alchemy spell if there was zero of that item in stock. This has been changed as of a prior update. The store now buys at 50% less than the value in High Level Alchemy.
