The gullible tourist is a tourist located in the Port district of Menaphos on the southern dock just south-east of Sensei Hakase (the seasinger). She can be pickpocketed with no Thieving level required for 29.5 Thieving experience and 1.3 reputation in the district that the player is currently aligned with. She is presumably visiting from the Eastern Lands.
The Gullible tourist occupies a space also used by several other NPCs involved in the Jewels of the Elid activity and only appears on certain worlds at certain times.
Master camouflage outfit auto-pickpocket does not work on this NPC, however, the chance to avoid stun and double pickpocket does.
By not getting caught (having a high Thieving level and using boosts such as the Ardougne cloak 3 and above, Crystal mask, etc.) it is possible to get a maximum of 3,000 pickpockets an hour (without double pickpockets) resulting in 3,900 reputation, 88,500 experience and 90,000 coins per hour.
