The H.A.M. Speaker is a character in the first RuneScape novel, Betrayal at Falador. The speaker was one of the extremist H.A.M. cult, dedicated to wiping out non-human races in Gielinor.

The H.A.M. Speaker led a group of cultists and angered farmers to the home of Doric, a dwarf from Keldagrim. The speaker convinced them that Doric had been preying on travellers, and eventually convinced them to beat Doric, steal his valuables, and burn his house down.

The Speaker then left, bringing with him his 12 cultists. When they stopped to rest for the night, however, the true monster, the werewolf Jerrod, entered their camp wearing the clothing of a murdered cultist and tore the throats of the other 11 men. He then slowly ate the speaker, forcing him to suffer for more than 2 minutes before he died. He then fled.

Doric and Squire Theodore found the remains of the group some time later.
