Hajedy can be found in northern Brimhaven, just to the south of the ferry to Ardougne. His location should be marked with a transportation icon on the map.

He runs one end of the Shilo Village cart system that transports players between Brimhaven and Shilo Village for anywhere between 10 and 200 coins, depending on the amount of coins the player is carrying. However, if a player uses the right-click option, Transport, then they will only have to pay 10 coins, no matter how much money they have in their inventory.

Players doing level 2 treasure trail clue may have to talk to him, as one of the possible clues you can receive says "Speak to Hajedy".

The Shilo Village cart system can only be accessed after completion of the Shilo Village quest.
