Hajedy can be found in northern Brimhaven, just to the south of the ferry to Ardougne. His location should be marked with a 
on the map.
He runs one end of the Shilo Village cart system that transports players between Brimhaven and Shilo Village for 10 coins.
Players partaking in a Treasure Trail may have to talk to him for a medium clue, as one of the possible clues state "Speak to Hajedy".
The Shilo Village cart system can only be accessed after completion of the Shilo Village quest.
