Hallowed boots was removed from RuneScape after an update, but still exists in-game for those who had obtained it. |
The hallowed boots can be bought from Brother Righteous for 25 ectoplasm during the 2012 Hallowe'en event. They are part of the hallowed robes set, and they can be changed to unhallowed boots either by talking to Brother Heinous or clicking on them and switching the colour.
