Hannu is a god emissary for the god V. He is located in the cave on V's Island upon completion of the Hero's Welcome quest.

Hannu provides the player with the opportunity to declare their allegiance to the memory of V. He provides the player with the Book of the Gods and a Banner of V if they align themselves to the V faction. The title of "[Name] of V" may also be activated by speaking to Hannu.
