This article is about the music track. For other uses, see Harmony.

Harmony is a music track that is unlocked at Lumbridge Castle.

Analysis

The piece is written in a minor.

It starts off with a slow, somber strings intro. It has a recurring melody; more instruments add to the line and harmony as it goes on, but the dynamics remain soft. After two playthroughs of the melodic line, it goes off to the tangent of outlining the chords of its harmony as the melodic phrasing. The piece returns to the original melodic line, this time with phrases being accompanied by an increase in melodic embellishment.

Trivia

  • A variant of the song is also played by the various lute-playing musicians found throughout Gielinor, including the one near the River Lum in Lumbridge.
  • In July of 2010, Jagex released a downloadable remix of Harmony on the official RuneScape website. Titled "Har'Money," the track features more electronic, modern elements than the original.
  • When played together, Harmony and Harmony2 harmonize.
