Harold was a guard featured in the previous version of the Death Plateau quest. Players talked to him, gave him drinks, and gambled with him to discover where the lock combination to the weapons room was by getting an IOU letter with the combination on the back. He was located in the far western room on the 1st floor[UK] of the Toad and Chicken.
