A haters medallion is a necklace that can be obtained from collecting rose petals and crushing 400 of them. Its "Love" counterpart is the Lovers medallion. It is purely cosmetic, and if stored in a keepsake the heart effect still shows.
It was also available in the 2016 event for 400 Valentine's petals. as well as a part of 2017's Valentines event, and could be obtained through an Event Mystery Box in 2017.
