A Hazeel Cultist is a devout follower of Hazeel. They are eager to have their lord resurrected, and if you side with them during the Hazeel Cult quest, their dream comes true. Hazeel Cultists can be found down in the Ardougne Sewers south of Ardougne. To access them, the player must first turn the valves scattered about the area south of Ardougne in the correct fashion so that the raft washes up near their camp.
