The Heart in a canopic jar is made by taking Arrav's heart from the pedestal in Zemouregal's compound during Dimension of Disaster: Curse of Arrav. Players need to have a prepared canopic jar in their inventory to do this, and they can return back to Arrav to give him his heart.
Destroying this item currently leads to Prepared canopic jar being retrieved from Ernie and Arrav's heart to be nonexistent, rendering the quest impossible to complete without resetting it.
