The Helm of neitiznot (e) was a Fremennik helm that had been enchanted to hold summoning scrolls by Pikkupstix. To wear a Helm of neitiznot (e), a player needed 45 Summoning and 55 Defence and had to have completed The Fremennik Isles.

Up to 90 summoning scrolls could be stored in a Helm of neitiznot (e), creating a Helm of neitiznot (charged). To charge a Helm of neitiznot (e), one simply had to use the scrolls they wanted to store on them. This would only work with combat-oriented scrolls.
