High Priest/Priestess is a title which was purchased from a Saradominist quartermaster or Zamorakian quartermaster for 4,500 Renown. The player also had to own a Gold Saradominist token/Gold Zamorakian token. It was possible to obtain both different versions of the title if the player switched sides during the event.
