The Holly wreath is a tradeable item obtained from glowing crackers during the 2014 Christmas event. When it was obtained, the message: Someone pulled their glowing cracker and received: Holly wreath! was broadcast. Only 1,000 were released into the game, making it the rarest discontinued holiday item of the second generation rares, followed close by the Black Santa hat.
Due to the 'Duplication Glitch' adding thousands of copies of the earlier discontinued holiday items into the game and never being removed, making the Holly Wreath the rarest equitable discontinued holiday item in Runescape & the 2nd rarest discontinued holiday item overall, surpassed only by the Christmas Cracker.
