Howie is pet unlocked after completing all prestiges of the tribal task list or by redeeming a tribal pet token. The pet will perform an emote when interacted with.
In order to perform the emote, the player must right click on the Summoning icon on the action bar and choose 'Interact'. For players using Legacy Mode the Summoning icon is located on the left bottom of the minimap.
