The hypnotic parasol token is an item that can be obtained by participating in activities during the Spring Fayre. During the 2017 Spring Fayre, it was purchasable for 1,100 Fayre prize tickets. During the 2018 Spring Fayre, it was purchasable from Rixie and the cosmetic stall for 544 RuneCoins. Activating it destroys the token and unlocks the hypnotic parasol.
