The ice cream cone hat is an item that was available from the Squeal of Fortune throughout the summer months of 2013, and returned in the summer of 2014 for a weekend Treasure Hunter promo. It can hold 10 scoops of ice cream, restoring 120 life points each scoop, for a total of 1200 life points worth of healing in one item slot. The item cannot be recharged. When the item is empty it becomes cosmetic item. When worn, this item provided protection from desert heat; this was removed in a hidden update.

Until 18 July 2016 the hat was purchasable from Vic the trader in Burthorpe with credits in his store for 2000 credits.
