Ice titans are level 79 Summoning familiars, introduced with the "Summoning 2" update on 31 March 2008. They belong to the Titan group of familiars, and currently share the special move, Titan's Constitution, with 2 other titans: Moss titan and Fire titan.

Ice titan pouch is made by using a Summoning pouch on a Summoning obelisk with 198 spirit shards, a Blue charm, an air talisman and a water talisman in the inventory. Making the pouch earns 695.2 experience points. Using the pouch to summon an Ice titan gains 7.9 experience points, and costs 9 Summoning points. This is one of only two pouches that requires 2 tertiary components, the other being a Wolpertinger pouch.

Titan's constitution scroll enables the use of the Titan's Constitution special move for an Ice titan. Using the pouch on a Summoning obelisk creates 10 scrolls. This scroll can also be used for Moss titans and Fire titans.

Titan's Constitution

Titan's Constitution is a special move for Ice titans, which boosts Defence and Constitution levels significantly. It boosts Constitution by 8 and Defence by 12.5%, and it can also increase a player's Life Points 80 points higher than their max Life Points. This special move is shared among three Titans: Moss titan, Ice titan, and Fire titan.

Trivia

• The examine text for this familiar is a reference to the popular Christmas song Frosty the Snowman.
• Occasionally, the Ice titan will say, "I'm melting!" or "It's warm here!" It is not known whether the location of the player and the titan affects this speech. The area probably does not affect this because the titan may say these while in the boss rooms of the God Wars Dungeon.
• The tertiary items for this familiar are both an air and water talisman, but combining an air and water rune would result in a mist rune, not an ice rune.
• Ice, moss and fire titans are one of only three summoning familiar groups with a shared scroll ability, the others being the Call to arms scroll, which is shared by the Void Torcher, the Void Shifter, the Void Ravager, and the Void Spinner, and the Petrifying gaze scroll, which is shared by the Spirit Cockatrice, Spirit Saratrice, Spirit Zamatrice, Spirit Guthatrice, Spirit Coraxatrice, Spirit Pengatrice, and Spirit Vulatrice.
• The 3 titan's (ice, fire and moss) weaknesses are the same as in the game "Pokemon". Ice is weak to fire and earth spells (earth spells act as rock attacks rather than ground attacks since the latter would not be super effective), fire is weak to water spells and moss is weak to fire spells.
