[FAQ] [doc]

An Ice Warrior is a monster similar in appearance to a black knight in somewhat translucent armour. They live near ice. They use slashing attacks and can hit up to 7 points of damage, although they rarely hit over 6. Many high level players train here because of the frequent drop of Nature runes, Law runes, and Gold Charms. Some players also value the Level 2 Clue scrolls enough to seek out Ice Warriors for training. Good food (meat pie, apple pie or better) is recommended for players between the Combat levels of 60-90 Any player with a high defence level (75+) should not need much food. They have high defence so slashing weapons are not recomended for attack levels under 80. They are able to defeat players with sometimes even 75+ combat levels if they do not take anything.

Ice Warriors appear to be wielding a Longsword, but their attack speed is the same as an Abyssal whip, Dagger, Scimitar or Saradomin Sword.

There are Ice warriors mixed with Ice Giants in the dungeon just south of Port Sarim. Also there is a room full guarding the Ice Queen under White Wolf Mountain (level 50 mining is required to enter), however it is a long walk through tunnels of Ice spiders. This is a multi-combat area (good for bringing a summoning familiar) and become non-aggressive after a while. Attacking the Ice Queen will result in the player being attacked by all of the Ice warriors in the area at once.
