Icxan is an NPC involved with the Zodiac Training event. Talking to it for the first time of every prestige will complete its task, and yield either a skill-specific small XP lamp or a small prismatic lamp (dependent on location) and two red envelopes.
Icxan spawns at the same location server-wide, however the locations vary throughout each day.
