The infected zombie outfit is a reward from the Walk Like a Zombie promotion for completing the fleshy parchment. It consists of:
Infected zombie head- Infected zombie chest
- Infected zombie legs
- Infected zombie hands
- Infected zombie feet
When all the pieces are worn the player gets the option to "Bite" other players, producing a chatbox message: You have infected another player!
If the intended target is unable to be bitten, due to being engaged in banking or similar, the message received is: You cannot bite that person right now. If their miscellaneous accept aid settings are toggled off, the message is: You cannot bite that person.
During the promotion, biting a player caused them to use the zombie walk animation for an hour and also granted them the ability to bite other players in turn. Following the end of the promotion, biting other players seems to have no effect on them, it is unknown whether this is a bug.
The outfit pieces' appearances can be toggled between infected, decaying and rotten after prestiging the fleshy parchment.
