The empty ink bottle is an item used in the Rocking Out quest. It is obtained by using the full ink bottle on a paper (prison), producing an inky paper as well as emptying the ink bottle. The empty ink bottle can be used on one of the sharp rocks outside the prison cell to create the smashed bottle.
