The iron spear is a two handed melee weapon and is the second weakest type of spear, requiring 10 Attack to wield.

During Tai Bwo Wannai Trio, the iron spear may be used with poison karambwan paste to create the iron spear (kp). After the quest, the poisoned spear can be bought from Tamayu's Spear Stall and cleaned with a cleaning cloth to get an iron spear.
