Itsy Bitsy... is a music track that is unlocked in the 2009 Hallowe'en event. Prior to the Death Rework update, new players will unlock this track when they first die and appear at the Grim Reaper's office. Players who existed during the event, but did not participate, will unlock the music track after the next Hallowe'en event they finish.

- This title is a reference to the nursery rhyme, 'Itsy Bitsy Spider'. This song is also played in the Grim Reaper's office or while picking the items you want to keep while respawning.
- This music track sounds extremely similar to Poison Dreams.
