The Jewelled diamond statuette is found in the Pyramid Plunder activity from the engraved sarcophagus in the final room. It may be sold to Simon Templeton for 12,500 coins.
Only one is needed to fully charge Sceptre of the gods. You can also manually use the item on to the Sceptre itself to fully recharge without the need to speak with the Guardian Mummy.
