Jimmy Dazzler features during the Rat Catchers quest, where the player learns he is an exterminator and has the player clear a house full of rats without being seen by the guards that constantly patrol the area. He is located at the rat pits in East Ardougne (West of the pub where Temple of Ikov starts and North of the castle) which is for kittens. Afterwards he will chat about various other rat catchers.
