Jimmy the Chisel is located in the cell of the H.A.M. Dungeon, where players are imprisoned when they are caught by H.A.M. cultists during quests and sometimes while stealing from the cultists. He features in the One Small Favour quest. When talked to, he says "Hello, mate!". Unlike the player, though, Jimmy was being held in the prison because HAM wanted to convince him to join them. In the quest, Aggie will ask the player to help her save Jimmy from the cultists before she would agree to be the Brian's friend's witness.

- He appears to be wearing a Cape of legends, so it is possible he is a member of the Legends' Guild.
- "Jimmy the Chisel" may be a reference to Jimmy Barnes in the Australian rock band Cold Chisel or it could be a reference to Jimmy the Hand from Raymond.E.Feist's book series.
- It could be a possibility that he has mastered the skill Crafting because of his name "Chisel" which refers to the tool Chisel which is used for cutting gems, and his hood looks similar to the hood of the Crafting hood.
- His name could also be a reference to his nature, IE: he could try and chisel his way out of trouble.
- Even after completing the quest, he'll still be locked up in the cell.
- "Jimmy the Chisel" is a possible reference to "Charles the Hammer," the father of Pepin the Short, since both nicknames are tools.
