The Jogre Champion is a boss in the Champion's Challenge distraction and diversion. He attacks with melee and is the only Champion capable of poisoning. In his fight ranged attacks are not allowed, but it is still possible to mage him from a distance. About 1 or 2 antipoison potions, (preferably super) is very helpful as the poison starts at 80 life points. The Jogre Champion is fairly easy to fight, because he has 1200 Life Points. His max hit is 100, so melee praying is not neccesary, although it can reduce the damage you receive (he can still poison you through your prayer, however).

The rewards for defeating the Jogre champion include 480 experience points in the Constitution skill and Slayer skill, as well as a symbol of your victory: a banner hung in the basement.
