Kalphite Grublet is a miniature version of the Kalphite Queen that can be unlocked as a pet from a Kalphite egg, which is obtained as a drop from killing the Kalphite Queen. The chance of obtaining the item is 1 in 2,500 with a threshold of 500 (explanation of drop mechanics). After the item is used, Kalphite Grublet can be summoned from the pets tab in the hero interface.
