The updated version of the Kalphite Queen's head on the wall.
A Kalphite Queen head is an extremely rare drop from the Kalphite Queen. When obtained, it must be taken to the Taxidermist in Canifis to stuff. This costs 50,000 coins.
A Kalphite Queen head requires 78 Construction to mount. When mounted, it gives 1103 Construction experience and 200 in Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, and Magic. This shows other players that the Kalphite Queen is no match for a player with the head of it in their house.
