For other uses, see Karambwan.

Poison Karambwan paste is made by grinding poison karambwan with a pestle and mortar. It can be be used on spears or hastae. Weapons poisoned with Karambwan poison will have a suffix of (kp). These currently cannot be used in combat.

Weapons poisoned with Karambwan poison are untradeable. A cleaning cloth can be used on a (kp) spear to remove the poison and turn them into normal weapons.

Cooked karambwan can also be ground into cooked karambwan paste, and grinding raw karambwan will produce raw karambwan paste. Neither of these types of paste have any use.

Trivia[]

  • Upon the Evolution of Combat's release, poison karambwan paste could be eaten by either left-clicking it, or right-click on apply. This gave an effect similar to that of weapon poison (++). This has since been changed, and left-clicking "apply" will now return "Nothing interesting happens." Currently, players can still use the poison karambwan paste on the weapons to create poisoned weapons (which still uses the pre-EoC icon and model) which cannot be used.
  • Before the Evolution of Combat, when used on melee weapons, poison karambwan paste hits a total of 1170 damage before wearing off, assuming nothing is done to alleviate it.
