The keenblade is a reward for completing a part of the new members tutorial. It is a drop from the troll general killed during the Burthorpe tutorial and is a potential drop from a troll commando. You can also obtain it as a drop from the troll brutes in the western portion of the Troll cave north of Burthorpe during and after the Burthorpe tutorial miniquest. It has stats roughly comparable to a bronze sword, with a higher damage output at the expense not being able to equip an off-hand weapon or shield. This item is useful for players with low Attack levels as there are no level requirements to wield it.
