The keg rolling is an activity in NovtumberFest. It appears as one of the random events with Gunther when he ends up either north of Lumbridge or south of Barbarian Village. This activity yields Strength experience.

During the activity, Gunther asks the player to roll a keg across a patch of grass to a barmaid. You have to make sure to time the keg so it doesn't hit any of the three Drunken Dwarves crossing that patch repeatedly. If a dwarf is hit, they take the keg saying Hic! It's my lucky day!, and you have to restart the rolling. Each dwarf spends around 13.2 seconds traversing their path, and the rolling can be attempted around every 9 seconds. Because of how the gaps where successful rolls can be performed appear, it is possible to roll successfully around every 9.6 seconds. Each successful roll grants 742.5 experience at level 99 Strength.

There is a confirmation prompt about gaining Strength experience before starting the activity that can be toggled off permanently.
