A Kethsi outfit scroll is a rare drop from elite rune dragons that can be used to unlock a piece of the Kethsi outfit override.
Reading the Kethsi outfit scroll prompts the dialogue message "You have unlocked the Kethsi [outfit part] in the wardrobe interface!" alongside another message that states "Kethsi outfit X/5", where X is the amount of pieces that have been unlocked, which follows in the sequence: helmet, chestplate, robes, bracers, and boots.
If someone receives this item as a drop, a server-wide announcement will broadcast for the whole world.
It is not possible to receive a scroll as a drop if the player already has one in their bank or inventory.

Trivia[]
- Prior to the update on 11 January 2016, the drop rate for the scroll was considerably rarer (1/2048) and was increased due to player feedback on the rarity of the elite rune dragons themselves in addition to the original drop rate for the scroll.
- Since an update on 4 September 2017, Kethsi outfit scrolls can also be obtained as a reward from the Motherlode Maw.
