The Khazard commander is a soldier on the Battlefield of Khazard, located south of West Ardougne, as well as in the stronghold on the Battlefield during the Tree Gnome Village quest. The wall of the stronghold must be breached by firing the ballista, after which he can be reached and killed. He can only be attacked inside the stronghold as the walls prevent outside attacks from landing.

After firing the ballista, he is found in the stronghold: the ruined building in the north end of the Battlefield, which contains the entrance to Movario's base.
