King worms can be pickpocketed from Gnomes with level 75 Thieving and found on the ground in the swamp near the Grand Tree. Another way to get king worms is to talk to a gnome woman or gnome child at the Tree Gnome Stronghold. However, it is not guaranteed that you will get a king worm from either of them, therefore this is an unreliable method.
When consumed, they heal 200 life points.
They are used in Gnome cooking to create the worm-based foods. They can also be one of items required in Fairy Tale I - Growing Pains.
