Kwuarm seeds can be planted in a herb patch in order to produce grimy kwuarms. This requires a Farming level of 56.
Kwuarm seeds can be obtained as a monster drop, by pickpocketing Master Farmers, looting nature impling jars, from Managing Miscellania if the player's workers are assigned to Farming, or bought from the Vinesweeper minigame for 1000 points each.
