The lamp stall is a stockless shop in Menaphos that can be stolen from with at least level 46 Thieving, requiring The Jack of Spades quest, granting 57-58 Thieving experience and 6 reputation for the chosen district. It appears that the owner, a lamp trader, will never catch one doing so.
Upon successfully stealing, the message "You steal a lamp from the stall...but it disappears as soon as you grab it." is normally displayed. There is a very small chance that this message will not appear, and a small experience lamp is received instead. There is also a rare chance to receive a fly dragon in amber while stealing from the stall.
