Large cog is an item used in the Elemental Workshop II quest. It is found by searching the catwalk and downstairs in the secondary Elemental Workshop, and the location is random for each player. It can be used, along with the Small cog and Medium cog, to repair the wind tunnel, by placing it on the right-hand pin on the east side of the room.
